Current issues in English teaching explores a rich array of practical and theoretical approaches to teaching and assessing English in the twenty-first century. Several of the chapters deal with aspects of technology rich English classrooms, such as the use of VR head-mounted displays and computer technology allowing educational uses of fictional films, narrative apps, digital games and AI models. The volume is edited by Professor Aud Solbjørg Skulstad and the contributors are twelve teacher educators, two researchers and four English teachers. Current issues in English teaching is essential reading for student teachers, teachers and teacher educators.
